Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流体を輸送する筒形の被加熱体の外周面に当接
    する内周面を形成した伝熱板を有し、該伝熱板の
    板厚内に埋設したヒータを含み、上記伝熱板の外
    周面に設けたカバー体と、該カバー体の外部から
    内部にまで引き込まれた冷却管とを有し、上記伝
    熱板の外周面と上記カバー体との空間内に熱媒体
    を設けたことを特徴とする冷却管付ヒータ。
