近傍に集中するように、各受光セルを該光軸に対
して放射状に配列したことを特徴とする受光素子
。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の受光
素子において、受光セルは非晶質シリコンフオト
ダイオードであることを特徴とする受光素子。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の受光
素子において、受光セルは誘電体分離フオトダイ
オードからなることを特徴とする受光素子。
