Claims (1)
することによつて両者間の距離を常に一定に保つ
ようにノズルを移動調整するようにしたレーザ加
工機において、ヘツド本体に対し光軸方向に移動
調整可能に設けられ下部内周にノズル嵌合部を有
するとともに下部外周面にねじ部を有するノズル
ホルダーと、このノズルホルダーの上記ノズル嵌
合部に取付けられ外部の電磁的容量検出器に接続
された第1導電部材と、上記ノズルホルダーの外
周面部に設けられワークと電磁的同電位に接続さ
れた第2導電部材と、上端部が上記ノズルホルダ
ーのノズル嵌合部に着脱自在に嵌合されかつ上記
第1導電部材と導通してノズル先端とワークとの
間の電磁的容量を検出するための第1電極および
この第1電極と電気的に絶縁されこの第1電極の
側面部とワークとの間を電磁的に遮閉するための
第2電極を備えかつ上部外周にフランジ部を有す
るノズルと、このノズル上部の上記フランジ部に
係合しかつ上記ノズルホルダーのねじ部と螺合し
てノズルを上記ノズル嵌合部に締着固定するとと
もに上記第2導電部材と上記第2電極とを導通さ
せるノズルナツトとを具備したことを特徴とする
