ホルダーと、このホルダーが中央に形成された開
口に挿入されて固定される位置合せ用の金属円板
とを有してなり、該ホルダーの矩形の長辺を形成
する部分の表面板と裏面板の一部を外側に直角に
切り起して形成された一対の第１舌部を該金属円
板に溶接するとともに、この第１舌部を変形させ
てホルダーの軸線が金属円板に対する角度を調整
した状態で、該ホルダーの矩形の短辺を形成する
部分の両側面板に対向して、金属円板の開口の両
端縁から後方に直角に折り曲げて形成された一対
の第２舌部を該ホルダーの両側面板に溶接して固
