図中１はコイル状のストリツプ、７は上ピンチ
ロール、８は下ピンチロール、９はピンチロール
装置、２３はフレーム、２４は上フレーム、２５
は下フレーム、２４ａ，２５ａは水平フレーム、
２４ｂ，２５ｂ，２４ｂ′，２５ｂ′は側面フレ
ーム、２４ｃ，２５ｃは締結フレーム、２６は間
隙、２７は上ピンチロール軸箱、２８は下ピンチ
ロール軸箱を示す。
