リング状の軟質弾性部材をその全部又は一部が該
凹所内に完全に入り込むように配設する一方、前
記雄ねじ部材を前記スピーカーエンクロージヤと
スピーカーユニツトとの各締結穴に該スピーカー
エンクロージヤの内部側から表側に向けて挿通す
るとともにその軸部を前記軟質弾性部材に弾性嵌
合させて仮止めし、その状態でスピーカーユニツ
トのフレーム表面側から該軸部の先端部に雌ねじ
部材を螺合して締め込むようにしたことを特徴と
するスピーカーエンクロージヤとスピーカーユニ
