It is preferable to use a rubber-asphalt composition containing a rubber-asphalt composition in which a flame retardant such as a metal hydrate such as aluminum hydroxide or magnesium hydroxide, a phosphorus-based or halogen-based flame retardant, or the like is added. Such a flame-retardant rubber-asphalt composition has excellent waterproof and moisture-proof effects and flame retardancy, and also has good water resistance and adhesive properties.
