定手段と、前記重要度判定手段により判定された
重要度に基づいて、あらかじめ記憶された声質の
中から最適な声質を選択する声質選択手段と、前
記メツセージ選択手段及び声質選択手段により選
択されたメツセージ及び声質に基いて音声信号を
合成する音声信号合成手段と、を備えた合成音声
式放送装置。 (2) 過去に発生した事象の発生履歴を記憶する
手段により、メツセージの選択及びメツセージの
重要度の判定を事象発生検出手段により検出され
た発生事象と記憶している過去の発生事象とに基
