来のピストンの端面図、第６図は従来のピストン
の要部断面図である。
尚、図面中３はピストン、５，６は流路、７は
バルブシート、８は受圧部、９はバルブ、Ｔ１は
径方向内側部のシート面の幅、Ｔ２は径方向外側
部のシート面の幅である。
