本発明は、建物の内装材として使用される天井板に関す

近年、無線技術の発達に伴って室内機器を無線でコント
ロールするものなどが多くなっている。
たとえば、照明、ドアホン、空調機、音vm器などの動
作制御をリモコンWt@などの発信器を用いて無線で制
御するものなどがある。このような、無線にて制御され
る機器には、発信器からの電波を受信するためにアンテ
ナを備える必要がある。
しかし、従来の無線による制御機器では、大きなアンテ
ナを備えると部屋の外観を損なうので、アンテナの形状
なども必然的に建物や部屋の状態に応じて規制さdでい
た。−例としては、内蔵型の小型アンテナなどが用いら
れていた。このため、良好は受信ができない問題があっ
た。
[発明の目的1
本発明は上述の点に鑑みて為されたものであり、その目
的とするところは、屋内の外観を損なうことなく、しか
もアンテナ形状に規制のないアンテナを備えた天井板を
提供すること、にある。
[発明の開示1
(実施例)
第1図は本発明の一実施例を示す図であり、建物の内装
材として使用される天井板(たとえば鉱物繊維板、軟質
繊維板、珪カル板、石膏ボード、合板等)1の裏面側に
、導電性を有する金属(たとえば銅、亜鉛、アルミ等)
を溶射してアンテナ2を形成しである。
本発明者は次のような天井板1を形成して実験を行った
。天井板1として岩綿吸音板を用いるとともに、溶射さ
れる金属として亜鉛を用い、亜鉛を溶射されて形成され
たアンテナの箔の厚みを50〜100μ曽とし、箔の幅
を1〜20働論とした。
このアンテナ2を備えた天井板1を用いて、発信器3と
受信器4との間で送受信を行ったところ、受信状態は良
好であった。なお、アンテナ2の両端部には受信器4の
入力を結線する端子M2mを形成しである。このアンテ
ナl’jl能を備えた天井板1は、照明器共、ドアホン
、空調機、あるいは音V機器などの室内81nのコント
ロールに用いることができる。このように本実施例によ
れば、天井板1に金属を溶射する方法であるから、アン
テナ2が天井板1に密着したようになり、アンテナ2を

2が露呈することもないから、室内の見映えが悪くなる
こともない、さらに、受信感度などに合わせて任意の形
状のアンテナ2を形成できる利点もあり、しかも殆ど天

することができる。
[発明の効果]
本発明は上述のように、裏面に導電性を有する金属を溶
射してアンテナを形成しているので、天井板にアンテナ
機能を設けることができ、アンテナが天井板に密着した
ようになり、アンテナを大きくしでも場所をとったすせ
ず、また室内にアンテナが露呈することもないから、室
内の見映えが悪(なることもな(、さらに受信感度など
に合わせて任意の形状のアンテナを形成でき、しかも殆
ど天井板の材質に関係なくアンテナ機能を天井板に付与
