Claims (1)
- 環状磁性体をラツプ研磨するための治具に於て
、磁性体を固定する円板上に、ネジにより固定し
たガイドピンにより磁性体の内径を固定し、更に
円板基準面と同一平面で被研磨環状磁性体より径
の大きい、円板基準面に埋め込まれた永久磁石に
より、基準面に磁性体を吸着し研磨することを特
徴とする治具。
