The above honeycomb panel is made of, for example, about 1 ounce of hydraulic cement.
00 parts by weight, aggregate powder for cement approximately 50-400ffif
A honeycomb constituent material is obtained by bending a thin flexible cement-based sheet such as cement-based paper, which consists essentially of fi part and about 5 parts by weight or more of pulp, and to which the material components are substantially uniformly dispersed and adhered. The honeycomb constituent materials are combined and the honeycomb constituent contacts are bonded with a cementitious adhesive, and an oiled cement consisting essentially of about 100 parts by weight of hydraulic cement and about 50 to 400 parts by weight of cement aggregate is added to the honeycomb constituent materials. It can be manufactured by a method of bonding a concrete surface plate with the cement adhesive. The glazed layer on the cementitious surface plate is formed by bonding the surface plate before oiling to a honeycomb body to form a honeycomb panel, then applying pongee to the required surface of the surface plate of the panel, and then firing. A glazed layer may also be formed. In this case, a nonflammable honeycomb panel containing no organic components such as pulp can be obtained.

The above-mentioned cement paper is obtained by mixing the above-mentioned raw materials with water or a cement supernatant liquid (hereinafter also referred to as water) to form an aqueous slurry, and then paper-making the slurry according to a conventional method. The mixing method and mixing order of each raw material and water etc. are not limited. For example, a predetermined amount of each raw material may be stirred and mixed in water or the like to form a slurry, and then water or the like may be further added to the slurry, stirred and mixed, and then a chemical such as a fixing agent may be added. The slurry concentration of the raw material composition is not particularly limited, and is within a range that can be made into paper using a conventional paper making method. The cement paper used in the manufacture of bright honeycomb panels is typically from a few hundred microns to a few millimeters thick. Note that cement paper of a desired thickness can be easily obtained by humidifying the paper-made cement paper or by joining two or more sheets together using cement paste or mortar and pressurizing them with a roll.

Although the size of the cavity is arbitrary, it is, for example, a polygonal columnar body inscribed in a circle with a diameter of Cm, typically about 1 to 10c+++ visually. Cement paste, mortar, etc. are used as the cement adhesive. When the adhesive contains an appropriate amount of aggregate, such as mortar, the aggregate is an aggregate that is thermally stable when fired at temperatures up to about 950°C, similar to the aggregate contained in cement paper. Powder is preferred if the honeycomb panels are to be subsequently fired. If the honeycomb panel is subsequently fired to burn off the pulp content and rehydrate the cement component, it is generally preferred that the adhesive consist only of cement and aggregate. If the body is to be placed in a light ffi +iIt structure without being burned,
When a small amount of resin components such as rubber latex or acrylic emulsion are mixed into cement-based adhesives, the adhesive properties are improved.
Cement strength is increased and shear impact resistance is also increased. In this specification, these are collectively referred to as cement adhesives.

If it is 5 mm or more, it can be manufactured by, for example, extrusion molding. If the thickness is less than about 1.5 mm, an oiled flexible cementitious sort, such as the cement paper described above, can be used as the top plate. The glazed layer on the face plate can be formed by a pongee coating and firing process before joining the face plate to the honeycomb body, and then bonded to the core material of the unfired honeycomb body or the fired hydrated honeycomb body. Alternatively, after joining with a honeycomb body to form a honeycomb panel, the honeycomb panel may be formed by glazing and firing according to the above steps. Note that the surface plate can be provided on at least one surface of the honeycomb body, for example, on the front and back surfaces.

When firing a honeycomb panel containing organic matter such as pulp to make a non-flammable panel, the temperature above the temperature at which the organic matter such as pulp is burnt out is about 950°C or less, usually about 50°C to about 900°C. This is carried out at a temperature of about 10 minutes to several hours, typically about 30 to 120 minutes. If the firing temperature exceeds about 950°C, it will be difficult to recover the strength even after subsequent rehydration. After firing, the honeycomb panels are left in the air, for example by immersion in water, spray watering, etc., or preferably steam cured to rehydrate and restore strength by replenishing moisture lost during firing. is normal. By the above-mentioned firing, the organic matter-containing nutrient components in the honeycomb panel are burned out and become non-flammable, and through the above-mentioned rehydration treatment, rehydrated particles of cement are created in the voids formed by the burning of the organic matter. grow up.

[Operations and Effects] The oiled honeycomb panel of the present invention is characterized by a structure consisting essentially of hydraulic cement and aggregate and in which the materials are substantially uniformly dispersed. Although conventional honeycomb paper is used as a core material and its surface is coated with an inorganic material such as magneacement, it is essentially different from the structure in which the coating material is separated by the core paper. They are different. That is, in the oiled honeycomb panel of the present invention, the cementitious honeycomb 1 has a structure in which cement and aggregate powder are continuously present in the constituent material, and these are joined by a cement adhesive at the honeycomb structure contact points.

Therefore, oiled honeycomb panels according to the present invention typically include:
0 Since it is essentially concrete, it is non-combustible and has high mechanical strength. Unlike conventional products, it does not deteriorate in strength or peel off due to moisture, etc. Furthermore, it uses thermally stable aggregate powder. In this case, ■ There is no flaking during heating due to fire, etc. ■ The honeycomb body is heated to burn off organic components such as pulp material, and is rehydrated to grow cement hydrate in the burnt-out voids. By employing a honeycomb core material, a high-strength glazed/'% nicum panel containing no combustible materials can be obtained.
