ク基板に形成された透孔に配置し、前記中心導体
部から導出される前記中心導体の一端を前記セラ
ミツク基板の一面に形成されたパターン電極に接
続し、前記セラミツク基板の中心導体の接続され
る一面の反対の面に入出力端子用電極を形成した
