ングを介して中央部に透孔を有するリベツトを挿
通し、該パツキングを圧縮状態として前記リベツ
トの突出部に金属ワツシヤを圧入して固定し、前
記リベツトの透孔を常時閉塞する弁体を、前記金
属ワツシヤに溶接したガス逸散孔を設けた端子キ
ヤツプと前記リベツトの突出部によつて挾持する
とともに、前記封口蓋の透孔周縁および前記リベ
ツトの鍔部に環状突起部を設け、これらの環状突
起部を前記パツキングに喰込ませて密閉したこと
