記連通孔が開閉操作されて前記貯溜室側から作動
室側に流入する作動粘性流体の流量が制御され、
この作動室側に流入された作動粘性流体量に応じ
て前記ケーシングに取着された冷却フアン羽根の
回転数を調整するエンジンの冷却フアン装置にお
いて、前記仕切り板に雰囲気温度が低温状態で保
持されている場合に前記貯溜室側と作動室側との
間を連通させて作動室側に流入する作動粘性流体
流量を所定量確保する低温時トルク伝達流体流量
の確保用開口部を設けたことを特徴とするエンジ
