Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 形成すべき雌ねじに対応する雄ねじが設けられ
た高速度工具鋼製の雄ねじ部を有し、該雄ねじ部
の全長に亘つて前記雄ねじのねじれ方向と逆向き
のねじれ溝が設けられることにより切刃が形成さ
れているねじれ溝タツプであつて、 前記ねじれ溝のねじれ角は１５度〜２５度の範
囲内であり、前記雄ねじのねじ山の逃げ角は少な
くとも該ねじ山のフランクにおいて３０分〜１度
３０分の範囲内であり、且つ、前記雄ねじ部には
チタン窒化物のコーテイング処理が施されている
ことを特徴とするねじれ溝タツプ。
