1の手段と、前記供試終端接続部の表面温度が所
定時間経過後所定温度以上であるか否かを判定す
る第2の手段と、前記第2の手段において供試終
端接続部の表面温度が所定温度以上であるときに
該供試終端接続部に消火剤を噴射する第3の手段
とからなることを特徴とする交流電圧破壊試験用
