フレーム１９との間に、揺動操作によつてカム体
２０ｂがスライドフレーム１９に圧接するカム式
のクランプ２０を設け、該カム体２０ｂがスライ
ドフレーム１９に圧接する揺動方向を支持フレー
ム２１からの荷重によつてカム体２０ｂが揺動す
