ズル部2内のガス抜き棒10をコーン部3内のテ
ーパ部11で一体に連結し、スクリユー軸9から
ガス抜き棒10の根もと部までの外周にスクリユ
ー羽根12を一連に設けて形成される。前記投入
口1aから投入した廃プラスチツク7はスクリユ
ー羽根12の回転に伴いコーン部3に向つて移送
される。この廃プラスチツク7はコーン部3での
混練、圧縮に伴う発生熱で融点の低い一部のプラ
スチツクが溶融し、この溶融プラスチツクをバイ
ンダとして圧縮、固化される。前記スクリユー羽
根12は第2図に示すようにテーパ部11に切欠
部12aを設けて送り作用を減らすとともにコー
ン部3での発生熱を増すようになつている。前記
圧縮、固化した廃プラスチツク7は中心部にガス
抜き穴13aを有する成形物13としてノズル部
2の先端から押出される。前記ガス抜き棒10は
成形物13のガス抜き穴13aとの間にすきまを
設けてガス抜きを容易にするためにテーパ部11
の先端に偏心取付けされている。前記ノズル部2
とコーン部3の外周にはこれらを運転開始前に適
当温度に加熱するヒータ14が設けられ、このヒ
ータ14は断熱材15で覆われている。
