Various slope protection methods have been used to prevent and protect mountain slopes from collapse, but for road slopes, residential slopes, river slopes, etc. A slope protection method in which a grid-like slope frame is constructed by spraying concrete on the slope of the ground is widely used. This type of construction method involves assembling formwork in a lattice pattern on the slope of the ground, arranging reinforcing bars or hoop bars inside, and pouring mortar or concrete.

Generally speaking, construction methods using frames made of iron plates, plastic plates, wooden boards, etc. are known for constructing this method, but the frames must be dismantled and removed after pouring mortar or concrete. This required tedious work on slopes with poor footing. In addition, the spraying method is used because low slump mortar or concrete is used as the hardening material, but when these forms are used, sand pockets occur in the formwork due to repulsion loss during pouring. Or, due to poor air permeability, air bubbles may be included, making it impossible to expect dense mortar or concrete.

Frames made of wire mesh in rhombic, rectangular, and other shapes are currently being proposed. Since this type of frame has sufficient air permeability, problems such as entrainment of repulsion loss and air bubbles do not occur. In addition, it can be buried while being fixed on the slope, and no demolding work is required. However, since the material is wire mesh, it is difficult to transport materials, including heavy ones, during formwork installation work, and there are problems with workability, especially at high places. It is also rather expensive in terms of material costs, and there is room for economic improvement.

The present invention is proposed in a way that does not impair the advantages of the wire mesh frame and the physical properties achieved by the spraying method, and involves laminating and cutting a large number of specially processed corrugated cardboard sheets. The formwork is made of corrugated cardboard that is thinly cut to a predetermined thickness in the direction in which honeycomb-like small holes appear on the surface. The material is quite strong, making it easy to work with, and it is lightweight, making the framework efficient. Furthermore, it is less expensive than wire mesh, and all of the objects of the present invention have been achieved.

Low slump mortar or shotcrete is placed in the frame 1 and the space 5 of one square. Frame 1 can be left as is, and no removal from the mold is required even after the frame is completed. In the area surrounded by the slope frame 7, the slope protection work will be completed by using conventional construction methods such as vegetation bag greening, thick layered soil greening, cobblestone filling, mortar, concrete spraying, etc.

以下に枠体の構造について述べる。 The structure of the frame will be described below.

In FIG. 2, a plurality of corrugated cardboard papers 1a, 1b, 1c, . . . , which have been subjected to waterproof treatment in advance, are pasted together using an adhesive such as synthetic glue, with the internal corrugated plates aligned in the same direction. The cardboard material thus pasted together is cut in a direction in which honeycomb-like small holes are arranged in horizontal rows on the cut surface, that is, to a thickness of t in the figure. t is approximately 15 to 30 mm in actual implementation. The corner portions of the frame are connected and formed using corner fittings or the like.
