There have been various products made by spot welding iron wire to thin steel plates, but iron wire has a low yield point and is prone to plastic deformation, so it is not suitable as a means for fixing forming wires etc. that have been formed into a predetermined shape. I can't say it's a thing. Therefore, spot welding using a hard steel wire that does not easily cause plastic deformation may be considered, but since the hard steel wire has a high carbon content, this poses a problem in that it is likely to break at the welded portion.
Therefore, in general, joining by welding is not performed, and mechanical fixing means such as caulking are currently employed.

For example, FIG. 1 shows an example of a conventional mechanical fixing means, in which case a mounting plate a made of thin steel plate is used.
By winding a part a' of the hard steel wire b in the middle of the hard steel wire b and bending this part by pressing from the outside to form a stepped part c as shown in Fig. 2, the hard steel wire b is I try to keep it fixed.

However, in this case, it is not possible to fix the hard steel wire b to an arbitrary position on the mounting plate a, and if it is desired to use a somewhat thicker mounting plate a, the winding workability of the hard steel wire b becomes worse. There were problems such as the caulking becoming unreasonable and causing loosening.

The present invention was developed based on the above circumstances, and its purpose is to securely fix a hard steel wire to a mounting plate by spot welding, and to avoid adversely affecting the material structure of the hard steel wire at the welded part. The first objective is to provide a wire frame that can prevent a decrease in strength.

In other words, the present invention involves wrapping a small mounting piece made of a thin steel plate around a hard steel wire formed into a predetermined shape, and forming a stepped part by pressing or the like in the area surrounded by the small piece, and at the stepped part. This is a wire frame in which the above-mentioned mounting pieces are superimposed on a mounting plate made of a thin steel plate and fixed to the mounting plate by spot welding.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 4 to 6. In FIG. 4A, 1a and 1b indicate hard steel wires formed into a predetermined shape. The hard steel wires 1a, 1b are arranged such that their respective ends are abutted against each other, and mounting pieces 2, 2 made of thin steel plates are wound around the abutted ends.

Next, the stepped portions 3, 3 are overlapped at desired positions on the mounting plate 4 made of a thin steel plate prepared in advance, and the electrodes are pressed between the stepped portions 3, 3 and the mounting plate 4 to make a spot. By welding, Fig. 4C
Hard steel wire 1a,
1b is fixed to the mounting plate 4. Note that in FIG. 5, the locations marked with x are the portions against which the electrode for spot welding is pressed, but spot welding may be performed at two or more locations.

When the small mounting pieces 2, 2 are spot welded to the mounting plate 4 as described above, the small mounting pieces 2,
Welding 5 was observed between 2 and the mounting plate 4, and the state of welding was good. In addition, although some heat-affected zones were observed in the hard steel wires 1a and 1b at this welded portion, there was no adverse effect on the metal structure.
Note that the mounting plate 4 is provided with a nut member 6, for example.
The wire frame of this embodiment is fixed to other structural members via these nut members 6, 6.

According to this embodiment, the hard steel wire 1a,
1b is spot-welded to the mounting plate 4, it is possible to prevent problems such as easy breakage at welded parts even when using a material with a high carbon content such as hard steel wire. Moreover, since the mounting pieces 2, 2 also serve as joints for connecting the ends of the two hard steel wires 1a, 1b, the wire frame can be assembled using a plurality of hard steel wires as in this embodiment. This is advantageous in reducing the number of parts when constructing the structure.

Moreover, not only can the hard steel wire be fixed at any position on the mounting plate 4, but also a general-purpose spot welding machine can be used, which has the advantage that equipment costs can be kept low. In addition, even if it is necessary to use a thick thin steel plate for the mounting plate 4, thin steel plates can be used for the mounting pieces 2, 2, so compared to the conventional product shown in Fig. 1, hard steel is used. It has good winding workability for wires and can be fixed firmly and with high precision.

Although two hard steel wires are used in the above embodiment, it may be formed by molding one hard steel wire. In this case, a piece similar to the above-mentioned mounting piece 2 may be wound in the middle of the hard steel wire to form a stepped portion to prevent movement, and spot welding may be performed at this portion. Moreover, the present invention can of course be applied to a device in which three or more hard steel wires are connected depending on the convenience of the forming machine or the like.

In addition to the above, in carrying out the present invention, various modifications may be made to the hard steel wire, small mounting pieces, stepped portions, shape and structure of the mounting plate, etc., without departing from the gist of the present invention. It goes without saying that this can be done.

As mentioned above, in the present invention, a mounting piece made of a thin steel plate is wrapped around a hard steel wire, a stepped part is provided in the area surrounded by the small piece, and a mounting plate is attached to the mounting plate via the mounting piece at this stepped part. It is designed to be spot welded. Therefore, the hard steel wire can be reliably attached to the mounting plate by spot welding, and there is no adverse effect on the material structure of the hard steel wire due to welding, which has the great effect of preventing a decrease in strength.
