Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、硬鋼線と薄鋼板製の取付板とを備え

従来から薄鋼板に鉄線をスポツト溶接した製品
は種々あるが、鉄線の場合降伏点が低く塑性変形
を生じ易いため、予め所定の形状に形成されてい
るフオーミングワイヤなどを固定する手段として
は適当なものとは言えない。そこで、塑性変形を
生じにくい硬鋼線を用いてスポツト溶接すること
も考えられるが、硬鋼線は炭素含有量が多いため
溶接部にて折損し易くなるという問題を生じる。
従つて一般には溶接による接合は行なわれず、か
しめなどの機械的固定手段が採用されているのが

ず、強度低下を防止できるようなワイヤフレーム

る部分であるが、2箇所以上でスポツト溶接する

て硬鋼線1a,1bに若干の熱影響部が見られる
が、金属組織に悪影響を及ぼすことはなかつた。
なお上記取付板4には一例としてナツト部材6,
6が固着されており、本実施例のワイヤフレーム
はこのナツト部材6,6を介して、他の構造材に

合を防止できる。しかも取付用小片2,2は2本
の硬鋼線1a,1bの端部を互いに連結する接手
としての機能も兼用するから、本実施例のように
複数の硬鋼線を用いてワイヤフレームを構成する

工性が良く、高精度にかつ強固に固定できるもの

なえばよい。また本考案は、成形機等の都合によ
り3本以上の硬鋼線をつなげるようにしたものに

付板にスポツト溶接により確実に取付けることが
でき、しかも硬鋼線の材料組織に溶接による悪影
響を与えることがなく、強度の低下を防止できる
