Claims (1)
- スライダ幅全体にわたつて存在するテーパ部面
と、１対の正圧発生面と、前記正圧発生面と同一
平面上にあるクロスレール面と、空気流出部に前
記正圧発生面と前記クロスレール面とで囲まれた
リバースステツプ面と、前記正圧発生面に設けら
れたリセス溝部とからなる負圧浮動ヘツドスライ
ダにおいて、前記リセス溝部にスライダトレーリ
ングエツヂ部方向にスロツトを設けたことを特徴
とする負圧浮動ヘツドスライダ。
