Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency for an assembly work, and to make the titled camera compact by interposing, and inserting and holding a holding member as a unit between junction end part of a first outer cover and a junction end part of a second outer cover, and fixing it by a fitting member. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of Industrial Application The present invention relates to a waterproof camera, and particularly to a waterproof mechanism for an outer cover joint of a waterproof camera having a structure in which the outer cover is divided into at least two parts.

<Prior Art> Conventionally, most waterproof mechanisms for cameras of this type have used an O-ring as a waterproof gasket. Therefore, there are disadvantages in that a space is required to accommodate the O-ring and the thickness of the outer cover increases.
