Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 非磁性材料でなる容器と、この容器内に収
納された磁性流体と、この磁性流体中に浮上して
支持され地磁気に感応して回転する磁石と、この
磁石のまわりに間隔をおいて配置され前記磁石の
磁界の方向を検出する複数個の磁電変換素子とを
備えることを特徴とする方位センサ。 (2) 前記容器は前記磁性流体を収納する円形状
の凹部を有し、前記磁石は前記凹部より小径の円
板状に形成してその直径方向に磁極が生じるよう
に着磁してなることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項に記載の方位センサ。 (3) 前記磁電変換素子はホール素子でなること
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項また
は第２項に記載の方位センサ。
