気開口及び排気開口から屋内側へとそれぞれ通じ
る吸気路及び排気路と、換気扇本体の屋外側端部
に取付けられ、且つ上記吸気開口及び排気開口と
それぞれ連通可能な吸気口及び排気口が設けられ
た屋外フードとを備え、 吸気開口と排気開口との隣接部位に回動可能に
軸支され、板状で、駆動用モータの停止時には自
重によつて吸気開口及び排気開口を閉塞する位置
となり、且つ駆動用モータの出力時には吸気フア
ン及び排気フアンからの風の圧力によつて吸気開
口及び排気開口を開放し、更にそれぞれの開口を
対応する吸気口及び排気口に連通する位置となる
