An example of a conventional vegetable storage container for a refrigerator will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 6 is a sectional view of a main part showing a state in which a vegetable storage container of a conventional refrigerator is installed. A refrigerator main body 1 has a door 2 disposed on the front, and a vegetable storage container 3 whose top surface is open is disposed at the bottom. The upper opening surface of the vegetable storage container 3 has a glass lid 5 around which a rubber gasket is arranged. The refrigerator body 1 is made up of an outer box 6, an inner box 7, and a urethane heat insulating material 8 injected with foam into the space of the box, and the field 2 is made up of an outer box 6', a urethane heat insulating material 8', and an inner frame 9. and a shelf 1° disposed on the inner frame 9, and a sealing gasket 11 is disposed around the field 2.

This is because the vegetable storage container 3 is located at the bottom of the refrigerator compartment 12, and the vegetable storage container 3 is located at the bottom of the refrigerator compartment 12.
This is because the cold air inside cools the outer surface of the lid 6, while the temperature inside the vegetable storage container 3 is high due to the heat of respiration of the vegetables 13, creating a temperature difference on the surface of the lid 5. A large amount of water droplets adhering to the lid 6 fall by natural fall or due to vibrations when the vegetable storage container 3 is attached and removed, and accumulate on the surface of the stored vegetables 13 and the bottom of the vegetable storage container 3. . Therefore, for the first few days of storage, the vegetables 13 are prevented from drying out and thus remain fresh, but over time, as mentioned above, the accumulated water damages the vegetables 13 and they become slimy. There was a problem. As a result, vegetables were kept fresh for a short period of time. especially,
In general, if you store vegetables that have been stored for several days and then add new vegetables (especially leafy vegetables), the vegetables that have been stored for a long time will be rapidly damaged by the water that evaporates from the new vegetables. It had the problem of corruption.

O Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above problems, the vegetable storage container for a refrigerator of the present invention has a laminated member having a fibrous layer on the outside on both sides and a resin layer in the middle, with a large number of through holes. A lid formed by joining a corrosion-resistant flat plate with a container is provided in close contact with an opening on the top surface of the container.

The lid 16 includes a flat plate 16 made of a corrosion-resistant metal flat plate such as stainless steel and having a large number of through holes, and the flat plate 1
It is composed of a moisture permeable membrane 17 made of a silicone resin thin film welded to one side of the membrane 6, and a corrosion-resistant metal 18 of an outer frame disposed around the outer periphery of the moisture permeable membrane 17. The vegetable storage container 14 is placed in close contact with the lid 16 having the corrosion-resistant metal 18 of the outer frame when the vegetable storage container 14 is stored in a predetermined position below the refrigerator compartment 12 of the refrigerator main body 1. It is removably installed in the. Here, the moisture permeable membrane 17 will be explained in detail.◎The moisture permeable membrane 17 is made by forming a silicone resin thin film 17b of several tens of microns on the fiber layer 17a of polyester or nylon, etc., and dot-shaped on the opposite side. A hot melt adhesive layer 17C is formed. Furthermore, the laminate is a laminate in which a protective fiber layer 17d is formed to prevent the silicone resin thin film 17b from tearing; and the moisture permeable film 1.
7 is welded to the flat plate 16 on the surface of the adhesive layer 17c.

It is something that will be done. The silicone resin thin film 17b is made up of mostly amorphous molecule aggregates, and these linear molecule aggregates completely shut out liquid, and the silicone resin thin film 17b

%RHの湿度に保つことが出来る。In other words, water vapor, air, and carbon dioxide have the property of being permeable if there is a temperature difference between the inside and outside of the membrane.
There is no direct entry of cold air into the vegetable storage container 1.
Container 14 for storing moisture evaporated from vegetables 13 stored in 4.
The inside is kept at a moderately high level of humidity. Moisture with a humidity higher than the saturated humidity tends to condense on the inner surface of the lid 16 which faces the refrigerator compartment 12 and is easily cooled by the cold air. The refrigerator compartment 1 is dried by an evaporator (not shown) of the refrigerator.
Gradually moisture permeates to 2. Therefore, water droplets fall and vegetables 13
Since the vegetables 13 do not accumulate on the surface of the container or the bottom of the vegetable storage container 14, the stored vegetables 13 are prevented from drying out and shriveling, and are not damaged by water droplets and becoming slimy. Over a longer period of time, vegetables 13
In particular, leafy vegetables such as spinach can be stored in a fresh state.According to experimental results, the vegetable container 1
4 The interior is said to be 80-96 suitable for preserving vegetables.
The humidity can be maintained at %RH.

There was a risk that the lid would break if a heavy object such as a bottle was placed directly on it, but the present invention eliminates that possibility. Furthermore, conventional glass or resin lids can be damaged by the impact of falling cans or dishes in the refrigerator, but this is also improved. Furthermore, since metal can be processed with high dimensional accuracy, a sealed structure can be easily obtained without the need for rubber gaskets, and vegetables can be stored in a fresh state. Furthermore, since the vegetable storage container as described above is subject to high humidity, it will be corroded if an iron plate is used, but corrosion can be prevented by using a corrosion-resistant flat metal plate as in the present invention.

Since the vegetable storage container is placed in close contact with the top opening of the container, cold air does not directly enter the container, and the inside of the container is kept at a suitable level by moisture evaporating from the fresh vegetables stored inside. By keeping the humidity at a high level, vegetables can be prevented from drying out and wilting. In addition, there is almost no condensation on the lid or back surface.
Since water droplets do not fall onto the stored vegetables, vegetables, especially leafy vegetables such as spinach, will not be damaged and slimy by water droplets, and vegetables can be stored in a fresh state for a long period of time. .
