1は励磁起動用電源、2は励磁保持用電源、4
は制御回路(CPU)、U1,U2はスイツチ(
フオトカプラ)、Dは逆流防止用ダイオード、R
yはリレー。

のスイツチを定期的に、かつ、一時的にONさせ
