Claims (1)
- 射出シリンダの前部には、そのピストンロツド
と一体的に進退するロツド上のストライカが接点
に当接することにより前進限位置を検出する移動
調節自在なリミツトスイツチを備え、射出シリン
ダの後部には射出減速開始位置を設定する操作部
材を備えた射出成形装置において、前記射出シリ
ンダの後部において進退操作可能なゲージ棒を前
記ロツドと平行して進退自在に支架し、このゲー
ジ棒を進退させてその一部を前記前進限位置にあ
るロツドに当接させたときに前記リミツトスイツ
チの前進限設定位置を表示する目盛板と指針とを
射出シリンダ後部と前記ゲージ棒後端部とにそれ
ぞれ設けるとともに、前記操作部材の操作に連動
して移動し前記目盛板の射出減速開始位置を指示
する指針と、前記目盛板に移動調節自在に装着さ
れた前記前進限位置記憶用の置指針とを設けたこ
とを特徴とする射出成形装置の射出充填位置検出
装置。
