燃焼式ガスバーナにおいて、前記金網に、内部を
冷却流体が通過して金網を冷却する冷却水管を取
付け、該冷却水管に冷却水管の温度を検出するセ
ンサーを、冷却水管が空焚きしない限界温度を設
定したCPUに接続し、冷却水管温度が限界温度
になつた時に燃焼を中断させるようにした表面燃
