Claims (1)
- 複数個のバーナを有しその一部のバーナには、
燃料の燃焼用空気として、酸素選択透過膜を備え
る酸素富化空気発生手段で発生させた酸素富化空
気を供給し、残余のバーナには、燃焼用空気とし
て前記酸素富化空気発生手段からの窒素富化空気
を供給することを特徴とする燃焼装置。
