【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は各種トラツクの荷台に荷物を搬出入す
る為のコンベア装置に関する。従来、ベルトとチ
エーンをエンドレス状に連結して荷台に張設し、
チエーンによつてベルトを牽引移動させてベルト
上面に積載する荷物を出入れする技術がある。ま
たこのベルトはローラやフレームで支持されてい
る。この場合前記チエーンもベルトの移動に伴つ
てローラ或いはフレーム上方を移動するため、チ
エーンの油がこれらローラ或いはフレームに付着
し、ベルトがスリツプして蛇行したり荷物を汚す
等の不都合があつた。特にベルトとの間に適度の
摩擦力を得るために開発したフレームにあつては
大きな問題となつている。

の油が付着するのを防止し得、よつてこれらベル
トと凸滑動部との摩擦力並びにベルトへの凸滑動
部の食込み等の作用を低下させることなく、荷物
搬送時にはベルトを適切に移動させ得ると共に、
トラツクによる荷物運搬時にはベルトを確実に静
止させ得、安全な荷役作業が行える一方、本考案
はパレツトと前記凸滑動部とベルトを挾み、この
ベルトを凸滑動部上面で支持して摺接移動させる
ことにより、荷物の重量が各凸滑動部に均一に分
担され、前記各凸滑動部とベルトの摩擦力並びに
食込み量を一定なものにし得、荷物搬送時のベル
トの直進性の向上と移動負荷の軽減を図り得ると
共に、トラツクによる荷物運搬時のベルトの直進
性の向上と移動抵抗の軽減を図り得ると共に、ト
ラツクによる荷物運搬時のベルトの静止性の向上
と移動抵抗の増加を図り得るようにしたトラツク
用荷役コンベア装置を提供しようとするものであ
る。
