Claims (1)
- 静止側に低圧部から高圧部へ向かつて回転体の
回転方向に沿つて進むようにみぞが堀られている
ねじシールにおいて、高圧部のシール内径を大き
く、低圧部へ進むにつれシール内径が小さくなり
、かつシール内の回転体の外径もシール内径と同
様に高圧部から低圧部に進むにつれ小さくしたこ
とを特徴とする流体回転機械の非接触ねじシール
。
