Abstract

PURPOSE:To minimize the amount of recovery of vapor, by spraying a part of liquefied gas to be charged from the top section of a tank to maintain the temperature of the inside of the tank at a predetermined temperature. CONSTITUTION:A part of liquefied gas fed from a loading pump is led through a cooling and condensating line 111 to a spraying header 112, and is sprayed into the inside of the tank 12 from the top section thereof. Therefore, gas in the upper section of the tank 12 is cooled and condensed, and therefore, even if the level of the liquid in the tank 12 is raised by liquefied gas fed from the bottom section of the tank 12, substantially no pressure rise occurs in the tank 12, and therefore, it is possible to eliminate the necessity of recovery of vapor.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a method for filling a carrier tank of a tank car, tank truck, coastal tanker, etc. with liquefied gas such as LPG, ammonium chloride, vinyl chloride monomer, propylene, etc.

(Conventional technology) Liquefied gases such as LPG, liquid cheap liquid, and other chemicals are transported by tank cars.
Conventionally, when filling a tank truck or the like, the gas in the tank is not actively cooled and condensed because the filling temperature is not so low.

However, when filling with liquefied gas, the internal pressure of the tank increases due to shrinkage and compression of the paper zone due to the liquid above and below the tank, and paper generation due to heat received from the tank wall, which makes it necessary to remove the paper from the tank. In this way, a large amount of pH is returned from the tank, and in order to re-liquefy and recover this, it takes time to fill with liquefied gas and it is necessary to install a paper recovery device such as a re-liquefaction device.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention solves the drawbacks of the conventional liquefied gas filling method and enables the adjustment of the temperature and pressure inside the tank, thereby enabling the loading operation of paper recovery equipment, etc. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a liquefied gas filling method that minimizes the equipment involved, smoothes loading operations, and enables short-time loading.

(Means for solving the problem) The present invention is a method for filling a tank with liquefied gas via a loading arm, in which a part of the liquefied gas to be filled is sprinkled or sprayed from the upper part of the tank. This is a liquefied gas filling method characterized by introducing the remaining liquefied gas into the tank while maintaining the tank at a predetermined temperature.

The liquefied gas is supplied to the tank 12 by the loading pump 1 via the loading arm 11 and the loading line, but the loading line is branched in the middle, and part of the liquefied gas is cooled and dispersed through the condensation line 111. Alternatively, spraying or spraying is performed from the spray header 112 to the upper part of the tank 12, and the spray is brought into contact with the gas at the upper part of the tank 12, and the gas is cooled and condensed. As a result, even if the liquid level in the tank rises due to the liquefied gas supplied to the bottom of the tank 12 via the loading line, the pressure in the tank does not rise or the degree of rise can be reduced. In addition, it is no longer necessary to provide paper recovery equipment 14 in the paper return line and the line that sends the product to the product storage tank 2 via the paper return arm 13, or even if it is provided, it only needs to be extremely small, and loading operations can be performed quickly. Now I can do it.

Note that the temperature and pressure inside the tank 12 can be adjusted by the flow rate control valve of the cooling and condensing line 111.

(Effects of the Invention) By adopting the above configuration, the present invention makes it easy to adjust the temperature and pressure inside the tank, and there is no need for paper collection equipment for loading operations, or even if it is necessary, the minimum equipment is sufficient. , operations can now be performed quickly.
