Furthermore, Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-26028 discloses a manufacturing method in which the entire slab portion is formed and, at the same time, the effect system is completely cut so that the core yarn can be exposed on the surface of the yarn.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) When the core yarn is used as a continuous yarn full-effect yarn as described above, the entire surface of the core yarn is covered with the effect yarn, and the core yarn does not become apparent and the appearance effect is suppressed. It will happen. For example, when the core thread and the effect thread are stitched in different colors, the color of the effect thread is emphasized in terms of appearance, resulting in nine tones, making it difficult to create a different color effect. Furthermore, if the oversupply is reduced, the core yarn can be exposed, but the result is a so-called heathered yarn appearance, which is far from the slab-like appearance.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 56-26028 discloses a method for producing a nep yarn in which the effect yarn is intermittently cut during stretching and false twisting, and has a section made up only of the core yarn. When the overfeeding rate of the thread is small, the winding part becomes small and becomes a so-called nip-like shape with poor appearance and effect. Although it is possible to form a long wrapped portion, it is difficult to arbitrarily change the frequency of occurrence of the wrapped portion or the length of the wrapped portion.

When the cutter (10) is in the open state, the gripping state of the effect thread (2) by the tensor (11) is also released, and the effect thread (2) moves forward again. By repeating this process, the effect yarn (2) is intermittently supplied to the double-core yarn (1) to obtain a composite yarn in a flat baked state. The cutter (10) and tensor (11) may be operated using any known operating means, and by operating them at arbitrary intervals as necessary, a composite yarn in a desired winding configuration can be obtained.

The air nozzles (8) and (9) in Fig. 1 also have the role of holding the cut effect yarn, and as shown in Fig. 1, the air nozzles (8) and (9) ), the cut effect yarn (2) is smoothly supplied to the twisted area of the core yarn (1) by the driving force of the air nozzle (9), and is cut. At the same time, the effect yarn end whose supply has been stopped due to the operation of the tensor (11) is transferred to the air nozzle (8).

The feeding speed of the presser yarn (12) is 0 to 3 with respect to the core yarn (1).
It is preferable to overfeed in the range of 0. If the overfeed amount is too large, the winding will become weak and the pressing effect will be insufficient, and process passability will also be affected.

The yarn used in the core yarn of the present invention may be a multifilament made of thermoplastic synthetic fiber that can be subjected to false twisting. In addition to thermoplastic fibers, non-thermoplastic fibers and natural fibers may be used as the effect yarn, and not only filaments but also spun yarns can be used, but it is preferable to use coatable yarns. In the present invention, the state in which the constituent fibers at the cut end of the effect yarn are completely destroyed when supplying the effect yarn to the core yarn means that no special measures such as opening are taken on the effect yarn after cutting with a cutter, and Disturbance during transport to the joining point with the thread! 'L is not excluded.

In addition, the air nozzles (8) and (9) are for transporting the effect yarn (2) to the joining point with the core yarn (1) as mentioned above, and have a shape that imparts a propulsive force. Things are used, but
One that generates a swirling flow is not preferable because it makes the transfer amount of the effect yarn (2) unstable.

In addition, it has been found that air pressure effectively wraps the yarn (2) when there is a propulsion force capable of transporting it, and in particular, the air pressure of the air nozzle (9) is 9/1 to 1 to 3. eWI” range is preferred.

(Effects of the Invention) In the method for producing the false twisted composite yarn of the present invention, the entire length of the effect yarn can be set as required, without covering the entire core yarn.
It is possible to rupture only the necessary portions, and a composite yarn with excellent core-sheath contrast can be obtained. In addition, in the present invention, the core yarn is supplied while cutting the entire effect system, and the winding is unified, so the boundary between the irrigation area and the core yarn area becomes clear.
If the core yarn, effect yarn, and ′ have different colors, the result will be a composite yarn with a flagpole-like appearance. Furthermore, since it is wound around the core yarn in a flat shape with a small oversupply, the process passability is immediately improved to the sixth order.

Furthermore, when a presser yarn is used, the entire composite yarn is further coated and wound, and the integration of the n-effect yarn and the core yarn becomes more reliable, which has great effects.
