  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 下端開口で上端密閉の筒状圧力容器と、該圧力
    容器の下端開口部に着脱自在に嵌着されて該開口
    部を密閉する下蓋とで高圧室が形成され、該高圧
    室内において断熱層とヒータとが圧力容器側に設
    けられると共に被加工物を載置する炉床が下蓋上
    面側に設けられたものにおいて、 前記下蓋と前記圧力容器とが上下方向及び水平
    方向に相対移動自在に設けられ、該圧力容器下端
    部と下蓋間に、両者を着脱自在に固定し且つ高圧
    室の内圧による軸力を保持する締結手段が設けら
    れたことを特徴とする加圧熱処理装置。
