The chemical liquid was injected by inserting a chemical liquid injection rod attached to the lower end. However, using two rods in this way is disadvantageous in terms of cost and labor, and furthermore, the hole wall collapses when the drilling rod is pulled out, making it difficult to insert the chemical injection rod. Due to problems such as interference,
A method has been proposed in which a rod for injecting chemical liquid is also used as a rod for drilling, and the rod can be used again for injecting chemical liquid without having to pull out the rod after boring. However, on the other hand, when bowling, this method
The rubber pack sleeve exposed around the rod is unavoidably damaged by friction with earth and sand and destroyed early, and the strainer of the chemical injection part is invaded by mud and slime, causing the chemical to spray out. There are problems such as interfering with Therefore, as mentioned above, a protective sleeve tube is fitted on the outside of the chemical injection rod, and during boring the chemical injection part is pulled into the protective sleeve tube, and when injecting chemical liquid, the chemical injection part is exposed from the protective sleeve tube and injected. A method was proposed.

A pressure fluid of, for example, 7 kg/cm 2 is fed into the tube, and this pressure fluid acts on the stepped portion 9e of the outer tube 9 and presses the outer tube 9 and the chemical liquid injector 5 connected thereto downward. In this state, the protective sleeve tube 7 is pulled up, and the chemical injection part 5 and the rubber sleeve 12
is exposed in the borehole. Incidentally, when the protective sleeve tube 7 is pulled up, the upper halves of the inner tube 8 and the outer tube 9 follow the movement of the sleeve tube 7 by the action of the expansion/contraction adjustment parts 8a, 8b and 9a, 9b, and swivel 4. This avoids discrepancies in the mutual positions of the upper ends of the tubes.

に注入される。 As soon as the protective sleeve tube 7 is pulled up and reaches its upper end position (FIG. 6), the pressure fluid supply gap 1
The pressure fluid in 5 enters the fluid passage 14 through the annular recess 17 and reaches the back side of the rubber sleeve 12, causing it to bulge. After the rubber packer is inflated in this way, one of the two types of chemical liquids constituting the instant-setting gelling agent is fed to the outer tube 9, and this chemical liquid reaches the chemical liquid injection part 5 ( Figure 5),
Chemical liquid passage 2 between inner tube 8 and cylinder member 22
3, the piston member 19 is pushed down to the lower position shown in FIG. As a result, cylinder member 2
The upper side opening 22a of 2 opens into the medicinal liquid passage 23 and allows the passage to communicate with the closed space 25 inside the elastic sleeve 24, and at the same time from the lower side passage 19b of the piston member 19 on the one hand. On the other hand, the upper side passage 19a of the same member coincides with the lower side opening 22b of the cylinder member 22, and the inner tube 8 is connected to the closed space 2.
It is possible to communicate with 5. In this state, the inner tube 8
The other of the two types of chemical liquids is fed to the opening 2, and the two types of chemical liquids from the outer tube 9 and the inner tube 8 push aside the backflow prevention members 26a and 26b, respectively, and enter the opening 2.
2a and 22b flow into the closed space 25, where they join and mix with each other. When the closed space 25 is filled with the mixed chemical solution and the pressure increases, the chemical solution pushes open the slit formed in the elastic sleeve 24, is discharged from the chemical solution outlet 9a provided in the outer tube 9, and is discharged from the wire 2.
It is ejected uniformly from the slits between the windings or coils and permeates into the target ground. The chemical solution is placed in the elastic sleeve 2.
When passing through the slits No. 4 and slits between the windings, the material undergoes a further mixing action and becomes a complete instant-setting gelling agent (gelling time of 20-odd seconds or less) and is injected into the ground.

In other words, the cylindrical region having a thickness approximately corresponding to the winding region of the wire 27 (ie, the strainer forming portion) is completely improved.

る。 As described above, in the chemical liquid injection rod according to the present invention, after boring, the chemical liquid injection part and the rubber sleeve for the packer are exposed from the protective sleeve tube, and at the same time the packer is automatically inflated, so that the chemical liquid can be injected. It shortens the working time and enables quick chemical injection, and of course, a mechanical gasket completely prevents the chemical from escaping.
Furthermore, the effect of completely protecting the packer and the chemical injection part from friction and clogging can be obtained.
