DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a flexible membrane undulating weir.

In the case of a flexible membrane undulating weir, a flexible membrane, such as a bag-like body made of rubberized cloth, forming the weir body is attached to at least the river bed in the direction across the river, and an inlet and an exhaust pipe are connected to the interior of the sheath. (Water) Air, water, or both are sent from a pipe to expand and raise the pipe, or discharge fluid from the inside of the envelope to cause the pipe to contract and fall (for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 11702-1970, Japanese Patent Publication No. 2371-1971). reference).

Now, in this type of undulating weir, when the envelope expands, the river water flows over the upper part of the weir body, so the flow of water near the river bed stops in front of the weir body, and therefore the river bed Stones (rolling stones), etc. that roll on the skin do not directly hit the covering, and the covering often suffers trauma from rolling stones. However, when the envelope is laid down, especially when the weir body is laid down during a flood, the envelope becomes flat on the river bed, and as a result, boulders from the river bed roll over the envelope.
It may cause damage to the capsule and make it unusable.

The applicant has developed a relief weir that overcomes these drawbacks and is less likely to be damaged by stones, etc. even when it collapses, and has previously filed a patent application (Japanese Patent Publication No. 23021/1983).
That is, a cushioning material is provided on a part or all of the inner surface and the internal bottom surface of the flexible envelope so that the entire flexible envelope has a buffering effect when the water stop weir is in a collapsed state. In this way, the drawbacks of the conventional method have been solved.

The present invention makes use of the above-mentioned features to enable the weir to be erected more effectively. The illustrative drawings will be described in detail below.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the undulating weir of the present invention, taken along the river flow direction. In the figure, 1 is a flexible membrane covering (bag-like body) such as rubber-coated cloth, 2 and 2' are cushioning materials such as foamed polyethylene, and 3 and 3' are rubber-coated cloth, plastic sheet, cloth, etc. Reference numeral 4 indicates a fluid such as water or air as a pressure medium, 5 indicates an attachment portion of the envelope to the river bed, 6 indicates the river bed, and 7 indicates a sealing sheet such as a rubberized cloth. The cushioning material 2 is provided inside the envelope 1, and the cushioning material 2' is provided on the bottom surface of the interior of the envelope, for example, on the seal sheet 7.

That is, in the present invention, the cushioning material 2 provided inside the envelope 1 is not continuous as shown in FIG. 2, which is conventionally known, but is separated by gaps 8.
This gap 8 is provided to prevent the divided cushioning materials 2, 2 from coming into contact with each other (interfering with each other) when the envelope 1 expands and becomes round. Note that the width of the cushioning material is determined so as not to impede the flexibility of the material and the curve of the envelope.

That is, in the case of a series of continuous cushioning materials as shown in FIG. 2, it is difficult for the envelope to expand and stand up properly, but with the above structure of the present invention, the cushioning material expands successfully and can form the desired undulating weir.

In the case of flexible membrane undulating weirs, if there is standing water downstream of the weir when the weir is collapsed, the area near the two folds of the rubber-covered weir body will float up, especially if the flow velocity is very low. That is, when it is toppled over, it does not completely collapse due to the buoyancy caused by the cushioning material provided inside the rubberized cloth envelope, the residual air inside the envelope, etc.

On the other hand, if a high specific gravity material 9 such as a lead rod is placed inside or on the side of the inner cushioning material, the material will collapse completely.

Furthermore, if a high specific gravity material 9' is also provided inside or on the side of the cushioning material 2' on the bottom surface inside the envelope, the sealing sheet 7
It is possible to prevent the cushioning material 2' from floating up when moisture enters from the lower part.

In the present invention, the position of the cushioning material inside the envelope may be on the downstream side or upstream of the portion where the envelope is folded in two when the weir is collapsed. Alternatively, it may be wrapped around the entire circumference and is not particularly limited. Furthermore, the cushioning material on the bottom surface inside the envelope is not limited to being continuous.
