Therefore, for reference, we have shown generally standard waveforms in Figure 1, but as you can see in this figure, the first waveform (COMPRESSIONAL WAV
E) Something called P wave comes and then (SHEAR W
AVE) S waves are coming. As you can see in earthquakes, the first vibrations that rise up from below are P waves, and the waves that sway laterally are S waves. Therefore, research is currently being carried out to measure the strata by reliably generating S waves, but unfortunately this problem has not been solved to date. Therefore, in the present invention, this point has been successfully solved by the waveforms of only the S waves shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. Also, in order to prove that the waveform is a perfect S wave, the rising edge of the waveform must be completely reversed. As you can see from Figures 2 and 3, the P waves are completely reversed with only the S waves. To do this, as shown in Figure 4, the arm is pressed into the hole in the same line as the wall of the hole, the emitted signal emits S-wave vibration that slides up and down, and the receiving side also receives only the S-wave. Since a transducer is attached, only S waves can be felt in Figures 2 and 3.
A complete S-wave waveform as shown in the figure can be obtained.

This is an S-wave logging device that automatically affixes measuring equipment to the borehole wall in a borehole so that it can continuously transmit and receive only S-waves and record them on the ground even from a depth of several thousand meters.
