図は従来の角形鋼管構造物の継手の一例を示すも
のであつて、第１１図は斜視図、第１２図は正面
図、第１３図は第１２図のＣ―Ｃ線断面図である
。第１４図ないし第１６図は従来の継手の崩壊例
を示す断面図である。 図において、１および２は角形鋼管部材、３は
角隅縁部、４は角隅部、７は平板部である。

- 一方の角形鋼管部材１の側部に他方の角形鋼管
部材２の端部周縁が溶接結合されている角形鋼管
構造物の継手において、前記一方の角形鋼管部材
１における角隅縁部３上に、前記他方の角形鋼管
部材２における対角線上の２つの角隅部４が配置
されていることを特徴とする角形鋼管構造物の継
手。
