装着されかつその下端シール面が前記開口部の弁
座部に当接可能なシリンダー、該シリンダー内に
摺動自在に嵌合され、その内部に前記開口部と連
通する貫通口を有しかつ前記開口部と同一軸線上
に位置し該開口部との間に常にオリフイスを形成
する弁体、該弁体を前記開口部から離間させるよ
う付勢しかつ流体圧力変動に応じる伸縮作用が実
質的に相互に時間差をもつて行われるよう、該弁
体と前記シリンダとの間に配設されたバネ定数の
異なる複数のスプリング、とを具備してなる定流
