れる筒部１４ａを設け、 該筒部の側面にねじ孔１４ｂを貫通して設ける
と共に、該ねじ孔に対応して前記リングの側面に
ねじ孔１５ａを貫通することなく設け、 該筒部及びリングのねじ孔にボルト１６を螺着
