通路を各々絞り弁を介装した比較的小径のプライ
マリ通路と比較的大径のセカンダリ通路とに分離
形成し、途中に燃料供給ノズルを臨設したプライ
マリ通路の出口部をセカンダリ通路内に開口させ
るとともに、このプライマリ通路の絞り弁下流に
はその出口部の近傍に位置してノズルを形成し、
プライマリ通路とセカンダリ通路の絞り弁を、低
負荷域ではプライマリ側に比較してセカンダリ側
の開度割合が小さく、高負荷域では同じくセカン
ダリ側の開度割合が増大するように互いに連動構
成した燃料供給装置において、前記プライマリ通
路出口部の下流側近傍位置に該出口部と略同一の
断面形状を有する環状の超音波振動子を支持する
とともに、機関の吸入空気量と負荷とを検出する
検出手段と、この検出手段と協働して所定運転域
にて前記超音波振動子を駆動する制御手段とを設
