どの不整粒が取除かれこの取除かれたものが乾燥
機に供給されるようになつて乾燥循環の都度選別
ベルトによつて選別がなされるので乾燥の無駄を
極力排除することができ、その上、この選別ベル
トにより選別される大豆は乾燥途中であるため乾
燥完了後のものよりもはるかに不整粒の破断面や
扁平面はその形が大きく破断面や扁平面をもつ破
粒扁平粒は選別ベルト上に停止して転動しないの
で選別作用を良好に行なわせることができて、も
つて乾燥と選別とを一挙に且つ有効に行なわせ得
るに至つたのである。
