- 同軸ケーブルが接続される同軸型コンタクトプ
ロープにおいて、被測定物との間の信号入出力部
となるピンを有するプローブ部と、このプローブ
部と一体に形成された同軸型接栓部とを具備し、
前記同軸型接栓部を通じて前記同軸ケーブルと前
記プローブ部とを電気的に接続することを特徴と
する同軸型コンタクトプローブ。
