- セラミツク部材の研磨仕上げした部位を、金属
部材に形成した孔中に挿入し、該挿入部における
セラミツク部材表面と金属部材表面間にロウ材を
介して接合したことを特徴とするセラミツク部材
と金属部材の結合体。
