てパルス信号を出力するパルスエンコーダの出力
パルスの量に対応する移動体４の移動量と設定目
標値とが一致したときは、歯付きブレーキ板１２
と、該歯と噛み合うためのブレーキ面を備えたツ
ース電磁ブレーキを作動させて前記回転軸２の回
転を強制的に停止せしめるようにした装置におい
て、前記パルスエンコーダのエンコーダ板４０の
スリツトの数と前記ツース電磁ブレーキのブレー
キ板１２の歯４６の数との比を１：１に設定した
