内面と開放せる両端との間にそれぞれ拡散空間を
存しさせ、且つ外被筒体の内周面との間に上記拡
散空間と連通する環状絞り間隔を存しさせて音波
干渉筒を配設し、音波干渉筒の内部中間に張設せ
る音波反射兼区劃壁板で音波干渉筒内を第一干渉
筒部と第二干渉筒部とに分割し、第一干渉筒部の
内面を形成する音波反射兼区劃壁板の一側面に衝
音拡散用円錐体を設ける一方、外被筒体の一端の
閉塞端板部に貫設した導気管を上記第一干渉筒部
内に臨ませて該内端を上記衝音拡散用円錐体の近
くに臨ませ、且つ第一干渉筒部と導気管との間に
第一環状絞り空間を形成すると共に、外被筒体の
他端の閉塞端板部に貫設した排出管を上記第二干
渉筒部内に臨ませて、該排出管の内端と、音波反
射兼区劃壁板の他側面との間の連通空間に連通す
る第二環状絞り空間を第二干渉筒部と排出管との
