Claims (1)
- 流量センサと、Ｆ―Ｖコンバータとからなる流
量検出装置において、前記Ｆ―Ｖコンバータを流
量センサの出力を微分する微分回路と、該微分回
路の出力を入力し、流量センサ出力の立上り及び
立下りから一定時間パルスを出すそれぞれの比較
器と、両比較器の出力を入力するオア回路と、該
オア回路の出力を積分する積分回路とで構成され
ることを特徴とする流量検出装置。
