部材に形成した貫通孔に挿着し、前記弾性部材の
外壁面中程に前記取付板を嵌着する嵌合部を形成
するとともに、前記弾性部材の上端側又は下端側
の少なくともいずれか一方側に切欠部を設け、こ
の切欠部によつて弾性部材の一部に緩衝部を形成
し、弾性部材の柔軟性を高めることを特徴とする
