２トランジスタと、この第１および第２トランジ
スタの接続点と前記両電解コンデンサの接続点と
の間に接続された充電コンデンサと、第１および
第２トランジスタの端子間にこれと並列に接続さ
れた直列接続の抵抗およびトリガー用コンデンサ
と、このトリガー用コンデンサの充電端子と前記
第２トランジスタのベースとの間に接続されたト
リガーダイオードと、前記第１および第２トラン
ジスタのそれぞれのベースとエミツタとの間に接
続された２個の二次コイルとこの両コイルにコア
で磁気結合された１個の一次コイルとを有するト
リガーコアと、このトリガーコアの一次コイルと
直列に前記充電コンデンサの端子間に接続された
一次コイルと前記交流電源電圧を低減した低電圧
